Brexit: Information to all customers and suppliers

Dear Customer and Supplier,
Starting from 24:00 (Italian time) on 31/01/2020 the United Kingdom will no longer be part of the European Union. The European Parliament ratified the withdrawal agreement yesterday, and the European Council will also issue a formal confirmation by today.
Until 31/12/2020, no new procedures will have to be carried out, neither customs nor regarding VAT.
All exchanges with Great Britain and Northern Ireland will continue with EU VAT and according to Intrastat models up to the end of this year.
In the next 11 months, various agreements should be signed between the competent authorities of the United Kingdom and the European Union in order to avoid a Hard Brexit.
In the absence of these, the United Kingdom, starting from 01/01/2021, will officially be a third country without any facilitation in trade with the European Union
