TuttoFood is back in Milan, and Fresh Ways is getting ready to welcome clients, partners and food industry professionals in a space that’s anything but ordinary. From 12 to 14 May 2026, our offices will serve as an open base for anyone who wants to meet us, get some work done in peace, or simply take a breather from the chaos of the trade fair.
Why We Decided to Do It Again
Anyone who works in food logistics knows what three days on a trade fair stand really feels like: crowded aisles, interrupted conversations, never quite enough time to get into the details. During the May 2025 edition of TuttoFood, we tried a different approach — opening our Milan offices as an alternative space to the Fiera di Rho.
It worked. We welcomed clients and partners from across Europe in a setting that allowed for more relaxed meetings, sharper questions and better-informed decisions. This year, we’re doing it again — with more capacity and an even smoother setup.

Got a gap between appointments and need somewhere to work? Add our offices to your itinerary as a base of operations. A desk, a reliable Wi-Fi connection and a quiet environment are all available — even if you have nothing specific to discuss with us.
Private Meeting Rooms Available to Book
For those who need a dedicated space — a commercial meeting, a technical call, a confidential discussion — we have bookable meeting rooms at your disposal. Places are limited, so we recommend reserving your slot in advance.
All-Day Buffet
Breakfast, lunch and aperitivo: you won’t leave our offices hungry. A full buffet runs throughout the day, because doing good work starts with a decent coffee.
